Srinagar, Aug 21: Police on Sunday said to have foiled a major militant incident by recovering an IED weighing about 10-12 kilograms in Tral area of Pulwama district.

“On a specific input of police, an IED, approx 10-12 Kgm has been recovered in Beihgund area of Tral,” police said in a tweet .

“Police and Army are on the job to destroy it insitu,” police said,, “A major terror incident averted”. It added.
