Delhi: Congress leader Rahul Gandhi on Tuesday came down heavily on the central government over its mismanagement of the coronavirus disease (Covid-19) situation in India.

The Congress leader said that the only way to stop the “full lockdown” was  to stop the spread of the virus in India in current times.

He added that the Government of India doesn’t realise the fact that its “inaction” is killing several innocent people.

“GOI doesn’t get it. The only way to stop the spread of Corona now is a full lockdown- with the protection of NYAY for the vulnerable sections. GOI’s inaction is killing many innocent people,” Rahul Gandhi tweeted from his official handle on Twitter.
