Budgam, Mar 31: The authorities in central Kashmir’s Budgam district on Wednesday ordered closure of a government girls higher secondary school Budgam for at least five days after one teacher was tested positive for Covid-19.
An official said that the educational institution has been closed for at least 5 days after detection of Covid-19 positive cases in the school.
He said that all the primary and secondary contacts of the affected teachers and students have been advised to self-isolate and quarantine themselves.
The official said that testing for all the contacts will be undertaken in due course of time

Bandipora, Mar 31The authorities on Wednesday ordered closure government higher secondary school in Kaloosa locality of north Kashmir’s Bandipora after a teacher and a student at the school tested positive for COVID-19.
An official said that the teacher and the student of 11th standard tested positive for Covid-19 at government higher secondary school Kaloosa after the health department had collected samples of some teachers and students a few days ago.
The official said that the school would remain closed for the next three days as a precautionary measure—
