AnantnagMar 31: PDP President and former Chief Minister Mehbooba Mufti blamed that the house of senior PDP leader Sartaj Madni, who is also a maternal uncle of, was raided by RR camp Devsar on Wednesday in South Kashmir’s Anantnag district

Immediately after the incident, PDP President & former Chief Minister tweeted, “Army from RR Camp Devsar raided the house of PDPs Sartaj Madni. The place was turned upside down & these personnel also thrashed boys.  Its shameful that they violated all rules & code of conduct with such impunity @ChinarcorpsIA”

Although CNS made repeated attempts to contact Madni in this regard but his mobile was switched off.

It is pertinent to mention that the moves comes only a few days after when PDP’s detained youth president was blamed of paying 5 crore rupees to Hurriyat conference in 2016 for fomenting protests in J&K.

Meanwhile the charge sheet against Parra mentions of nexus between PDP cadre and the militants. cns
