Jammu: Police on Friday arrested a notorious criminal in Bishnah area here on city outskirts.

“Police Party this morning apprehended one notorious criminal, absconder, history sheeter namely Runvijay Singh alias Rami of Harsa Dabbad, Bishnah,” police spokesman here said.

He said that he was evading arrest since 2014 in different cases.
