Srinagar: Mandi township in Poonch district is observing a shutdown on Monday to protests in defence of Article 35-A.

Reports said that the commercial establishments are shut in the township while public transport is off the roads.

The call for shutdown was issued by traders and members of religious bodies in Mandi and was also supported by transporters of the area.
