Arizal in central, Pampore town in south Kashmir shut for 3rd consecutive day against local militant killings

Srinagar: Arizal in Central Kashmir’s Budgam district and Pampore in southern Kashmir Pulwama district are observing a shutdown for the third consecutive day on Saturday to mourn the killing of two Lashkar-e-Toiba militants killed in a gun-battle on Thursday.

Reports said that all shops, business establishments, and educational institutions remained closed in the twin towns.
Mohammad Amin Mir alias Abu Ismail was a resident of Pampore town while his accomplice Mukhtar Ahmad Khan was a resident of Arizal area of Budgam district.
The duo was killed in a gunfight in Zagoo village of Budgam district on Thursday morning.
