Srinagar : At least two cops and two civilians were injured on Thursday after  suspected militants opened fire on Police check point near Dental college Nawab Bazaar  in Srinagar city.

Reports said that that militants opened fire on Police checkpoint near Dental college NawaBazaar resulting in injury to two cops and two civilians.

Militants have managed to escape from the spot.

Reports said that thhe whole area has been cordoned off. More details to follow
