Srinagar, Nov 6: Ramban police claimed to have apprehended an Al Qaeda operative of West Bengal and recovered explosives from him.

The statement issued by the police eads that it arrested Amiruddin Khan S/o Mostafa Khan R/o Mashita Haora, West Bengal and recovered one Chinese Grenade from him.

An FIR No. 376/2022 u/s 7/25 Indian Arms Act, Sec 4 Explosive Act and 13, 20 UAPA has been registered at P/S Ramban and further investigation set into motion.
