Srinagar, Oct 3: A non-local bank manager escaped unhurt after militants fired at him in Baramulla district of Jammu and Kashmir on Monday, officials said.

Sources told news agency Kashmir Dot Com that the incident took place in Goushbugh in the Pattan area of the north Kashmir district when Bank manager identified as Vivek Kumar posted at Grameen bank Ghoushbugh was coming from his rented residence at Dobiwan.

“when he reached Grameen bank , was shot at by some unknown persons suspected to be ‘militants’. however all gunshots missed and the manager escaped unhurt.”
