Srinagar, Jun 8: A 19-year-old boy working as a labourer has died after coming under a cement mixer truck accidently at Dal Kalaroos area in North Kashmir’s Kupwara on Tuesday evening. 

Reports said that the teenager was atop the cement mixer truck and jumped down of it as winds set in the area. The labourer however came under the moving vehicle, resulting in him having sustained critical injuries.

The labourer was immediately evacuated to Primary Health Centre Kalaroos, however the doctors there declared the teenager as brought dead on arrival.

The deceased has been identified as one Talib Ahmad Lone son of Zaffran Lone, a resident of Kanipora Kalaroos.

Meanwhile a police official concerned confirmed  about the death of the teenage labourer and said that the body has been handed over to the family after conduct of medico-legal formalities. gns
