Grenade attack in Srinagar: 3 forces personnel, civilian sustain injuries

Srinagar, May 07: Suspected militants hurled a grenade on forces in Nawa Bazaar area of Central Kashmir’s Srinagar during with four persons including three members of govt. forces and a civilian sustained injuries.

Confirming the incident, senior police officer said that two CRPF personnel, one cop and a civilians received splinter injuries after militants lobbed grenade on joint team of forces.

All the injured were shifted to nearby hospital for treatment. Soon after the attack whole area has been cordoned off, he said.
