Srinagar, Sept 19: Jammu and Kashmir reported 1492 fresh covid-19 cases including 70 security men, 35 travelers and five minors in last 24 hours, taking the total tally to 62533, officials said on Saturday.

Among them, 831 cases were from Jammu division and 661 from Kashmir Valley, official told GNS.

Giving district-wise breakup of the cases, they said, Srinagar reported 192, Budgam 68, Baramulla 32,
Pulwama 71, Anantnag 52, Bandipora 37, Kupwara 99, Ganderbal 93, Kulgam 12, Shopian 5, Jammu 261,

Moreover, they said, 960 more COVID-19 patients have recovered and were discharged from various hospitals 322 from Jammu Division and 638 from Kashmir Valley. (GNS)
