Srinagar: Mobile internet services has been suspended in Srinagar capital city of Kashmir following the gunfight that broke out between government forces and militants in Nawakadal area of Srinagar during night hours.

A gunfight was started after forces cordoned off the area after “credible” inputs regarding the presence of militants in the area.

Firing is going on, police tweeted. More details awaited.
