Srinagar, April 13: Militants on Monday fired upon a joint party of police and CRPF at Naka in Malangpora area of South Kashmir’s Pulwama district.

A senior Police officer said that militants attacked joint party at Malangpora area of Awantipora, the joint party retaliated, triggering off a brief exchange of gunfight.

Till this report was being filed no loss of life or injury was being reported.(GNS)
