Poonch: India and Pakistan armies exchanged fire in Poonch district on Tuesday.

Reports said that around 12:20 pm Pakistan army restored to firing with small arms in Krishna Ghati sector in Poonch district 

They said that after a brief lull Pakistan army used mortar shells along LoC in Krishna Ghati, Mankote and Mendhar sector.

A senior official said that Indian army also responded equally to the aggression shown by Pakistan army. (GNS)
