Srinagar: A woman was crushed to death in Dalian village of Nowshera in Rojaouri district of Jammu after she slipped from a passenger bus she was travelling in.

Reports said that a lady identified as Phulan Begum, wife of Fareed Ahmad and a resident of Dalian slipped from the bus and then was crushed under a fast moving bus in the village.

Although, the deceased was shifted to a nearby medical facility, however, she had succumbed to injures.

Police have registered a case into the incident and seized the bus involved in the accident.
