Srinagar: Government forces Friday morning laid a siege to a Tral village and launched a massive search operation.

Reports said that a joint team of government forces including army’s 42 RR, Jammu and Kashmir police’s counter insurgency force and other paramilitary forces launched cordon and search operation in Gulshanpora village of Tral.

They said that the search operation was launched after inputs about presence of militants in the area.
