Srinagar: The armies of India and Pakistan Tuesday exchanged heavy gunfire along the Line of Control in Sunderbani and Nowshera sectors of Jammu and Kashmir’s Rajouri district.

The firing, officials said, started today morning in Malla area of Rajouri district.

The two armies later exchanged fire in Kalal area of Nowshera around 1 pm.

In Rjouri, officials said that the firing started at around 11:30 am.
