Srinagar: Another civilian admitted at SMHS hospital in Srinagar has succumbed to injuries, taking the civilian death toll to seven in southern Kashmir’s Pulwama district.

The slain has been identified as Touseef Ahmad Mir son of Asadullah Mir of Urchersoo Pulwama. Touseef was injured in forces action in Sirnoo and was taken to district hospital Pulwama where from he was referred to SMHS Srinagar, however, he succumbed due to grave injuries.

The killing of Mir has taken the civilian death toll to seven while three militants and an army man were killed during the encounter.
