Srinagar: Youth hurled rocks on a Bharatiya Janta Party (BJP) candidate’s vehicle in Nowshera area of Soura in Srinagar city on Tuesday. The BJP candidate was inside the car alongwith her PSO’s.

Local sources said that scores of youths pelted a BJP candidate with stones in Nowshehra who however escaped unhurt in the incident.

The BJP candidate was identified as Shazia Khan and her car suffered minor damage in the incident. Pertinently, Khan is a resident of Barbar Shah Srinagar, while she is contesting from Nowshera.
