Srinagar: All educational institutions in district Bandipora remain closed on Saturday in the wake of the killing of five militants in a gunfight with government forces in the district.

The orders to this regard have been issued by the District Development Commissioner Bandipora.

Five militants were killed during an encounter in the forest area of Sumlar in north Kashmir’s Bandipora district.
