Despite ‘demise’ of government, various political appointees clinging on to their chairs-Omar Abdullah

Srinagar: Former J&K chief minister Omar Abdullah on Saturday while claiming that a number of political appointees to various organizations and bodies are still to come to terms with the demise of the coalition government said “they are clinging on to their chairs but at who’s pleasure are they serving now that their CM has resigned”.

Omar wrote on his twitter “a number of political appointees to various organizations and bodies are still to come to terms with the demise of the coalition government. They are clinging on to their chairs but at who’s pleasure are they serving now that their CM has resigned?”.

Pertinently Mehbooba Mufti, chief minister of Jammu and Kashmir on Tuesday tendered her resignation as the chief minister after BJP pulled out support from the coalition government in Jammu and Kashmir.
