Srinagar: A cordon and search operations were launched by government forces on Thursday afternoon in Kachipora village of south Kashmir’s Pulwama district.

Sources said that government forces launched searches after receiving inputs about the presence of militants in the area.

A door to door search operation has been launched to look for the militants, reports said.
