Russia :Mexico on Sunday beat Germany 1-0 at World Cup in Russia.

Mexico shocked Germany 1-0 on Sunday in the Group F opener for each team.

Germans are  the defending World Cup champions, they are also ranked No. 1 in the FIFA rankings.

Earlier, Mexico, the 15th-ranked team in the world, scored the lone goal of the match in the 35th minute. Hirving Lozano banged the ball home on a counterattack

It is considered to be one of the biggest upsets of the world cup so far.
