Lashkar Militants on Thursday appeared in Khosa Mohallah of Hajin area and denied their hand in the series of killings in the area

Reports said after Taraweeh prayers, two Lashkar-e-Toiba militants appeared in Khosa Mohallah.

According to locals, one among them was Saleem Ahmad Parray, a local militant who joined Lashkar in October 2017

They said he told people that militants had not  killed Hilal Ahmad Parray, and Mohammad Yaqoob Wagey

Reports said that  the  militants  stayed in the main market area for sometime  and patrolled some areas along with people

They said that the militants called the killings as the handiwork of government agencies

On May 16, four masked men entered Hilal’s house in Parray Mohallah and took him along. The next morning, his tortured body was retrieved from an orchard near his house.

Eight days later (May, 24) gunmen barged into Mohammad Yaqoob Wagey’s house, and slit his throat with a knife in front of his wife and child
