The special court of CBI held five persons guilty in infamous jammu and Kashmir (2006) sex scandal on Wednesday.

However two are acquitted in the same case due to benefit of doubt.

Those who are held guilty are Shabbir Ahmad, Shabbir Ahmad Langoo @Lone, Masoor Ahmad @Maqsood Mohammad Ashraf Mir, DSP, KC Padhi, DIG-BSF.

However business man Mehrajuddin Malik and then advocate general Anil Sethi were acquitted by court.

The court would pronounce the quantum of sentence on June 4.
