Police on Tuesday said that only five incidents had occurred in Kashmir valley since the announcement of Halt in operations by government forces in valley

In a report sent to the center the police has said that 92 stone pelting were reported from first April to to 5th April this year

While as only 5 stone pelting incidents have occurred since May 17

Center announced a halt in operations for the month of Ramadhan after chief minister Mehbooba Mufti had  suggested a unilateral ceasefire in the valley, following unabated violence in the region
