Former Jammu and Kashmir chief minister Omar Abdullah on Wednesday said “no place is safe any longer in Kashmir”.

Reacting on a rifle snatching incident at the Kashmir University’s Rumi Gate, Omar in a tweet said: “They are even snatching rifles outside Kashmir University now. It doesn’t look like any place in Kashmir is safe any longer.”

Earlier a rifle of a police man was snatched by some unknown persons at the gate of Kashmir University today.
