Militants have escaped from a cordon and search operations launched by the government forces in Shikargah forests at Tral on Wednesday, sources said.

Sources said that the CASO was launched in the wee hours after the reports regarding presence of militants in the area.

“The militants have escaped, however CASO is still going on” sources said.
