Train services to remain suspended on June 2

Train services between Baramulla – Banihal will remain suspended on 2nd June. Authorities said that the service will be suspended as a precautionary measure on eve of the shutdown call given by Joint resistance leadership (JRL). Earlier JRL   had  called for a shutdown on 2nd June.

Militants fire grenade at Tral legislator’s home

Srinagar: Militants have fired a grenade at the home of Tral legislator, Mushtaq Ahmad Shah’s home, located in Muakkadam Mohalla, local sources said. Sources said that militants fired the grenade using a under barrel grenade launcher, adding, no loss of damage or life was reported. The police has been rushed to the spot.
