Srinagar, Oct 04 (KNS): A civilian was shot at and injured by militants  at Wanihama area of South Kashmir’s Anantnag district on Wednesday evening, police said here.

An official said that militants  fired upon a civilian identified as Sahil Bashir resident of Wanihama Anantnag following which he was rushed to hospital for treatment.

“#Terrorists fired upon one person namely Sahil Bashir Dar son of Bashir Ah Dar resident of Wanihama in #Anantnag district. The injured person is being shifted to hospital for treatment. Area cordoned off. Further details shall follow,” Kashmir Zone Police wrote on X. kns)
