Shopian / South Kashmir – 08: Police has apprehended at least 40 youth and senior activists of separatist organisations in South Kashmir’s Shopian district. These include from banned JEI and other separatist groups. Police has Lodged FIR in this regard and further investigation taken up.

They were arrested in the intervening night of 8th October 2021.

According to news Agency CNS Media they were detained from Jamnagar, Kapren, Chitragam, Memender, Trenz, Pahnoo, Moloo and other banned Jamaat-e-Islami effected villages.(CNS)
