Baramulla, Jun 22: The family members of a 20-year-old youth here have appealed to their son to return home and also urged the general public and police to help them in tracing their beloved.

According to the family, Hilal Ahmad Sheikh, son of Abdul Hamid Sheikh of Shrakwara Wagoora Baramulla has been missing since June 17.

Family members said that there are no traces of Hilal since June 17. “We called our relatives and his friends but could not find him anywhere,” the family said, while appealing Hilal to return home.

After failing to trace him, the family has filed a missing report at Kreeri Police station Baramulla. The family appealed to police and the general public to help them in tracing their beloved.

Meanwhile, police officials said that the family has lodged a missing report and further investigation has been started.
