BUDGAM, MAY 18: Taking stringent action against those violating the Corona Curfew and SoPs issued by the Government, Budgam Police and civil administration seized 15 shops and arrested 05 shopkeepers.

Tehsildar Beerwah along with SHO Police Station Beerwah, while taking action against violators of SOPs and Corona curfew, sealed 15 Shops at Kandoora and Beerwah town.

In Charar-e-Sharief Budgam, 05 Shopkeepers were arrested for defying Corona Curfew.

Case FIR number 43/2021 registered at Police station Charar-e-Sharief under relevant sections of law.

The arrested shopkeepers have been identified as: Sajad Ahmed Mir, Mohamim Ahmed Mir Sons of Ghulam Din Mir R/o Karpora Pakherpora, Ltief Ahmed Ganie son of Abdul Gani Ganie R/o Karpora, Feroz Ahmed Najar son of Mohammad Yousuf R/o Karpora, Tariq Ahmad Najar son of Mohammad Yousuf Najar R/o Pakherpora.
