Budgam, May 5: A tractor driver died on spot in Central Kashmir’s Budgam district on Tuesday after his tractor turned turtle in Shunglipora Budgam. 

A boy was also sustained injuries in the accident.

The incident occurred at Darampora Shunglipora area of the Khag Sub-Divison.

Police sources said that driver lost control over tractor while it was surmounting a slope and turned turtle. The driver came beneath the tractor and died on spot.

Police sources identified the victim as Zahoor Ahmad Dar a resident of Peth Makhama.

In the accident an 11-year-old boy identified as Muhammad Asif Malik sustained injuries. He was shifted to Primary Health Centre Khag where his condition is stated to be stable. knt
