Kupwara, Jan 8: A Cordon and Search Operation (CASO) is underway in a locality in Devar Lolab area of frontier district Kupwara.

Local sources said that joint forces including soldiers from 28 Rashtriya Rifles and J&K police laid a siege in the Khan Mohalla locality after inputs about the presence of militants.

The door-to-door search operation was underway when this report was being filed. (KNT)
