Srinagar, August 13: India has registered a record single day spike of 66,999 Covid-19 cases with tally of the infected reaching up to the 23,96,637 mark.

For the 15th consecutive day, the COVID19 cases have crossed the 60,000 mark.

According to the health ministry the death toll due to COVID-19 have reached the 47,033 mark with 942 people losing their lives to the disease in the last 24 hours.
