Srinagar: Another militant has been killed in an ongoing gunfight at Ramalgand area of Srinagar, taking the toll of killing militants to 2.

An official said that one more militant has been killed in the operation which is underway at Ramalgand area of Srinagar.

He said earlier in the initial stage one army soldier was injured and was rushed to MI hospital for treatment where his condition is said to be stable official added.

Earlier this day a joint team of Army, police and CRPF launched a cordon and search operation in Ramalgand outskirts of Srinagar.

Meanwhile authorities suspended mobile internet services in parts of Srinagar as a precautionary measure.
