Body of Baramulla youth retrieved from river Jhelum after 4 days

Uri: The body of a drowned Baramulla youth was on Wednesday fished out from a dam in Uri area of north Kashmir’s Baramulla district after four days. 

Reports said that the body of the teenager identified as Momin Manzoor, son of Manzoor Ahmad, a resident of Jallsheeri, who drowned in Jhelum on Sunday while swimming has been fished out after four days from a dam at Uri power project-II.

The body was taken to Sub District hospital Uri and after medical and legal formalities was handed over to legal heirs for last rites. (GNS)
