Srinagar: An army personnel was injured in a landmine blast this morning at Gumgand area of Kupwara district along the Line of Control.

Reports said that the trooper identified as Bhupen Chetri was injured in a landmine blast near “Pimple Post” in north Kashmir’s Kupwara late Sunday night.

The trooper, they said, was part of night duty patrolling party.
