Baramulla: Amid rainfall,  the government forces on Saturday afternoon laid a siege in Yadipora village of north Kashmir’s Baramulla district. 

Report said that a joint team of Army’s 29 RR, SOG of J&K Police and CRPF laid a siege in Yadipora village of north Kashmir’s Pattan area.

Police sources also confirmed and said that the cordon was launched following credible inputs about the presence of militants in the area. 

The search operation was underway in the village when the report was last filed.
