Expecting quick fix through brute force by newly appointed HM is ridiculously naive: Mehbooba

Srinagar: Former Chief minister and President of Peoples Democratic Party (PDP), Mehbooba Mufti has said that if expecting a quick fix through brute force by newly appointed Home Minister Amit Shah is ridiculously naive

“Since 1947, Kashmir’s been looked through the prism of security by successive governments. It’s a political problem that needs a political redressal by involving all stakeholders inc Pak. Expecting a quick fix through brute force by newly appointed HM is ridiculously naive,” she wrote on her twitter handle.

BJP President, Amith Shah was recently sworn is as the new home minister of India while National Security Adviser (NSA) was given a status of cabinet minister. Both of them are regarded to be hardliners.
