Srinagar: The Anti Corruption Bureau on Wednesday arrested Block Development Officer Sopore for taking bribe.

Sources said that Abdul Rasheed Ahanger, BDO Sopore was caught red-handed for taking a bribe of Rs 2000 from one daily wager for releasing his wages.

They said that a case under FIR No. 09/2019 has been registered Prevention of Corruption Act.
