Srinagar: Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) State Women President Safina Beig Saturday condemned the shocking incident with a 3-year-old girl in Sumbal area of north Kashmir’s Bandipora district.

Safina said that such episodes in Kashmir are unfortunate and it stands the responsibility of every individual in the society to stop such crimes.

She added that police must investigate the matter and the culprit be dealt with strictly so that such incidents will not occur in future.

Safina also demanded justice for the rape victim.
