Srinagar: The armies of India and Pakistan on Monday morning exchanged heavy gunfire along the Line of Control in Kalal area of Naushera in Jammu and Kashmir’s Rajouri district.

An official said that Pakistan violated ceasefire by targeting forward posts and villages in Kalal area of Naushera sector in Rajouri district. He said that the Indian army was retaliating effectively.
