Pulwama: Clashes erupted during a cordon and search operation in Drabgam village of South Kashmir’s Pulwama district.

Reports said that soon after forces launched a search operation in the area youth took to streets and started pelting stones on government forces who retialated by firing tear smoke and sound shells

The search operation was launched after specific inputs about the presence of militants in the village. 

Local sources said that heavy contingents of forces have been deployed in the area and door to door search operation amid clashes is going on.(KNO)
