Police arrests 3 drug peddlers in north Kashmir’s Sopore

Baramulla: Three drug peddlers were arrested by police in apple township of Sopore in this north Kashmir district, a police spokesman said here on Friday.

Acting on a tip-off about movement of some drug peddlers, a ‘naka’ checking was established in Sopore. During checking, three drug peddlers were arrested and 360 tablets of Spasmoproxivon Plus were recovered from their possession.

The accused were identified as Nadeem Rashid Gadoo. Nazir Ahmad Shah and Nasir Ahmad Shah, he said, adding that a case has been registered and investigation taken up.
