Srinagar: Army men heading towards encounter site in an armored vehicle on Monday in Pinglen area of South Kashmir’s Pulwama district in which four Army men, two militants and a civilian were killed.

DIG South Kashmir, Brigadier, Lt Colonel officer and several other forces personnel injured have been so far during the encounter.

As the encounter progressed, massive fire broke in a house where militants were holed up after army used explosive material to overpower the trapped militants.
