Srinagar: Weatherman Sonam lotus has predicted another spell of rain and snowfall in Jammu and Kashmir from Feburuary 13th to 15.

“Expect another spell of rain in plain and snowfall on higher reaches of JKL (Jammu, Kashmir and Ladakh) during 13-15th,” Lotus said.

“This spell will be of lower intensity & snow accumulation than the previous one. Looks like, this will be followed by another spell around 18-19th Feb”.

Earlier, Kashmir witnessed seasons heaviest snowfall from February 7 to 9 which led to closure of roads including Jammu Kashmir highway. The avalanches triggered by heavy snowfall claimed lives of 11 people in South Kashmir.
